Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on Essento. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Essento is operated by Torrecamps Marketing, 5 San Vicente Ferrer St., SAV-1, Sucat, Parañaque City, NCR 1715. Contact: 0960 448 2826. See About Essento for details.

2. Ordering

  • You can order without an account. You give us your name, mobile number and delivery address at checkout.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when our staff confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available or the address is outside our service area. We will tell you if we do.
  • After placing an order you receive an order number and a private order link. Keep the link: it shows your order status and payment details.

3. Prices

  • Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and are the final item prices. No VAT is added.
  • Your order uses the item prices shown when you placed it. If a price changed while items were in your cart, we ask you to accept the new price before you can place the order.
  • Shipping fee: this is not included at checkout. Our staff contact you to confirm the shipping fee before your order is confirmed. Your final total is the item subtotal plus the shipping fee.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Metro Manila only.
  • Our staff arrange the delivery schedule with you when confirming your order.
  • Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address you gave.

5. Payment

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the final total to our rider when your order arrives.
  • InstaPay (QR): once your order is confirmed, your order link shows our QR code and the exact amount. After paying, enter your InstaPay reference number on your order link. Your order is marked paid only after our staff verify the payment.

Only pay to the QR code shown on your Essento order link. We will never ask you to pay to a different account by text or call.

6. Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us at 0960 448 2826 with your order number. If you already paid by InstaPay, we will arrange your refund with you (see the Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy).

8. Your personal information

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. See our Privacy Notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order.
