Privacy Notice

Essento (operated by Torrecamps Marketing) respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, delivery address (street, barangay, city, landmark) and, if you give them, your email and order notes. If you pay by InstaPay, we also collect your reference number and any payment screenshot you upload.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect card or bank login details.

Why we use it

Only to:

• process, confirm and deliver your order,
• contact you about your order, shipping fee, payment, returns or refunds,
• verify InstaPay payments, and
• keep business records required by law.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only authorized Essento staff, and the delivery personnel who need your name, mobile number and address to deliver your order. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

• Payment screenshots: deleted a set period after the payment is verified or rejected, currently 90 days and never less than 30. They are never deleted while the payment is still being checked.
• Order records: kept for 5 years for accounting and tax purposes. After that, your name, mobile number, address, email and any notes are removed. The order itself (items, prices and totals) is kept without any personal information.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used. Contact our Data Protection Officer:

We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections, and private order links that only you receive.
